Minimum charge per job $ 80.00 There will be a charge of $80.00 (minimum job fee) for cancellations with less than 48 hours notice, at my discretion. Mileage will be charged as an hourly fee if distance is greater than 20 minutes from Halifax. Hours will be billed by the hour or half hour whichever is closer (ie 2 hours 15 minutes will be 2.5 hours, while 2 hours 45 minutes will be 3 hours). Pre close cleanings - 6-8 hours depending on size of house - based on house being vacant at time of cleaning. (appliances cleaning such as fridge and stove will add an hour to the time). First consult is $75.00 and I will provide suggestions for work that I feel should be done, based on the reason for the consult. I will then provide a detailed break down of the work required and the time line for reaching the finished product, as well as an estimate of the time that will be required. Jobs taking more than two weeks will be billed bi weekly should the hours warrant an interim bill (10 hours or greater). Cost of dumpsters are the clients responsibility and billing will be directly to the client. Cost of trucks to haul items away, dispose of hazardous wastes, electronics, donation items will be billed at my hourly rate as well as the fee charged by the transporter. |
